![]() ![]() There were stains on the sofa and mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. For the description to say "recently refurbished", however, that did not appear to be the case. The breakfast offerings were fair-scrambled eggs or egg/cheese patty, sausage, bread/bagels/English muffins/muffins, fruit, oatmeal, etc.-typical fare, nothing special. They had coffee available all the time (although it tasted like it had been made for awhile) and cookies in the afternoon. The pool and fitness rooms looked inviting as did the lobby and breakfast area. ![]() The bed and pillows were comfortable, which was also another positive. And they allowed us to check in early, which was also good. We were very glad to be so close to the airport that's one positive part of the stay. A touch of TLC was needed, but our limited stay was fine.My friend and I stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in SLC. Also perhaps hiring an extra staff member for the morning buffet would eliminate the empty pans and entrees. If our stay had been longer, I feel the water problems would have been resolved. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its value and service. Although my room was efficient, my family's room had a few problems with drains and faucets that did not work properly. An added attraction was that PERKINS was attached to the building, and we were able to eat lunch and dinner without leaving the area. ![]() True the buffet was not well staffed and the menu items were not replaced without asking, but the food was hot and varied. My family arrived the next night, and were thrilled with the indoor pool, Holiday decorated tree, and breakfast buffet. My room was clean and quiet, including a fridge and bathtub. The staff was very attentive and helpful. ![]() I arrived in the middle of the night ,and the replacement complimentary shuttle picked me up without any problem. Very pleased with my stay at this facility due to its proximity to Trax and the airport. ![]()
